Custer Road Career Outreach (CRCO) was launched in 1999 as an outreach ministry to assist those in our church as well as those in the community going through career transition. Our mission is to address the physical, spiritual, and emotional needs of our career outreach membership through a variety of programs, resources and support. Much emphasis is placed on informing our large congregation of over 6000 members about this ministry, so that CRCO members can network with our congregation and community to assist in their job search.

The CRCO Web site has been developed to assist job seekers as well as the public in connecting CRCO membership with viable job leads and resources that are essential to an effective job search. While our ministry leadership works diligently to ensure the quality and integrity of the leads and resources we identify, it is the responsibility of the individuals using this site to carefully assess the information that is received.

CRCO offers a variety of programs and services to job seekers. All programs are open to the community and are free of charge. We currently offer focus groups for job seekers who may wish to network with other job seekers.
